Your reservation will be considered confirmed on the reception of the booking deposit which is 50% of the total rent payable when the reservation is made more than a month before your arrival date. 30 days before your arrival date the totality of your rent must be paid. A rental contract is moreover sent to you by email. We ask you to return a signed copy to us by regular mail.
The available payment methods are as follows:
* A banker’s cheque or wire transfer
* You must add 20 euros if International Bank transfer from outside Europe / 5% if using Paypal.
As a guarantee against any possible damage to the property or equipment you must send us at the very latest on the day of your arrival the sum of 700 €, this will be refunded at the very latest 30 days after the end of your rental under the understanding that no damage has incurred.
If you decide to cancel your reservation, no matter what the cause:
* 30 days or more before your scheduled arrival date we retain your booking deposit (50% of the total rent payable). <
* Less than 30 days before your scheduled date of arrival we retain the totality of your payment.
In the eventuality of a shortened stay, the price corresponding to the totality of the originally planned stay remains ours - no refunds are made.
The day of your arrival at the property you can arrive anytime after 12:00 noon; your departure should be before 10:00 am on the final day of your stay.
The property is always turned over to you in an impeccable state. The tenant must leave the property the same way that he/she found it. The day of your departure we ask you to leave your used linens in the kitchen near the washing machine and 30 euros for the cleaning crew.
The landlord has taken out an insurance that covers rental risks such as fire and flooding. This insurance however does not cover the theft or loss of any of the tenant’s possessions. The tenant is under the obligation to alert the landlord within 24 hours of any incident occurring at the property.
A damage check of the property as well as an inventory will be established at the tenant’s arrival and will be done again at the times of his / her departure.
The property is fully furnished and equipped with kitchen implements, dishes, glasses, bed linens and towels...any damage due to neglect or negligence will be charged to the tenant and deducted from the security deposit before it is refunded.
Everything in the property is in working order and any claims concerning broken items made 48 hours or more after entering the property will not be admitted.
Water, electricity, and heat are included in the rent for normal use. Nevertheless, the landlord retains the right to charge for extraordinary and /or abusive consumption of utilities during a tenant’s stay, and to deduct such an amount from the security deposit before refunding it to the tenant.
The tenant agrees to personally occupy the property and to respect the number of occupants specified on the rental contract. He is equally responsible for any damage caused by any member of his / her group. Animals are not allowed in the interior of the apartment. The apartment is non-smoking.
